Each of the villas has private parking, and the complete villa offers a private driveway. There is an area of the house that is prepared for a laundry area for the use of the three villas. Also, outdoor showers are available.
You could rent an individual villa for a minimum stay of three nights or the complete house for a whole family (up to 20pp). The prices change based on a three-night stay, weekly stays, or monthly stays. As part of Club Seabourne, Oceania guests could enjoy the use of the hotel pool and the kayaks for Fulladoza Bay, following the same reservations process as the hotel guests.
The Villa is a nonsmoking property, and the hotel delivers the house with the housekeeping already done, with courtesy amenities for the arrival, bath towels, beach towels, and the advantage that the guest could order in advance some special things like: a box of beverages, beer, water, wine or champagne, among other products.
